WOCHN Arch 5.0 ballast mount system is a photovoltaic mounting system used for installing solar panels on flat roofs. It is used on buildings with bitumen membrane roofs, EPDM/TPO/PVC membrane roofs and green/gravel roofs. This system with low load requirement of the rooftop, the installation of panels is facilitated.The pre-assembled base beam with rubber pad to increase the coefficient of friction and reduce ballast. Multi-option of the ballast support. The use of aluminium angle rails results in a linear load distribution(rather than point load), thus reducing the risk of puncturing. The use of ballast tray results for quick install and low load-limit of the rooftop. And also can use of anchor with rail to achieve without ballasting which suitable for lower load require on the rooftop. The system process uses 100% aluminium. This metal has many advantages including being light,strong, recyclable and highly corrosion resistance.
